Complete the 'SiriusXM for Shop Customer Program' online enrollment form authorizing your Preferred Data Provider to securely transmit the VIN and service records to SiriusXM. The program costs your shop nothing! SiriusXM will deliver the benefits of this Program at no cost. SiriusXM will not charge your customer or ask them to provide a credit card. Now that’s music to your ears.
All eligible customers with SiriusXM-equipped vehicles will be offered 3-month Trial Subscriptions as a ‘Thank You’ from your shop! SiriusXM will also offer 3-month Streaming Platinum trial subscriptions to those customers servicing vehicles not equipped with satellite radio. Ineligible customers include those with active or recently active SiriusXM Trial Subscriptions.
  • We’ll get your Shop set up! You’ll be contacted by email to confirm your enrollment.
  • We will notify the eligible customers of their trial subscription on behalf of SiriusXM and your shop.
  • That’s it! SiriusXM will take care of all the rest!
Eligible customers who have opted-in to receive an email will receive their trial subscription within a few days after their service visit or otherwise in about a week.
Customers may simply opt-out of future SiriusXM communications by calling SiriusXM Customer Care at 1-877-447-0011, or by going online at siriusxm.com/contactus and following the instructions. In addition, you may elect not to send customer information to SiriusXM for any customer that is not interested in a Trial Subscription. Your customers will not be notified of their Service Lane trial subscription by telephone.

DETAILS: Eligible customers will receive a 3-month SiriusXM Platinum Plan trial subscription. Trial subscription package varies depending on vehicle radio capability. Platinum Plan trial subscriptions (currently $23.99/mo value + no activation fee (a $15 value)) require vehicle to have an inactive factory-installed satellite radio. Eligible customers with non-equipped vehicles for whom SiriusXM receives a valid email may be eligible for Platinum streaming-only trial subscription (currently $10.99/mo value). Customers with active or recently active subscription service including a trial are not eligible. Eligible customers will receive trial details after their service visit via email or other communication from SiriusXM. Trial subscription terms of service subject to change.

If your customer decides to continue service after their trial subscription, the subscription plan they choose will automatically renew thereafter and they will be charged according to their chosen payment method at then-current rates.
